This is a whole lesson on the Yalta Conference and looking at how successful it was. It includes key details on how each of the Grand Alliance felt prior to the conference. The key activities are; assessing the aims and concerns of each leader prior to the conference, assessing how 'happy' each leader would be with each others objectives, evaluating the outcomes of the conference, looking at the declaration of liberated Europe and finally explaining how each leader would feel after the conference. This lesson gets students to focus on the aims of Germany before WW1. It encourages them to make a twitter profile for the Kaiser focusing on his foreign policy aims. It then encourages them to create a quiz for other students through flipped learning. It ends asking them to answer a GCSE question.
