This is an excel spreadsheet system that collates Science teachers practical req sheets into one place that allows technicians/ HOFs to easily identify clashes for practical equipment. Each staff member has a page which they fill in with their timetable. Weekly this template is placed where everyone can access it, practical requests are made. Technicians use the summary tab to identify clashes, equipment issues etc. For a two week timetable create two templates with the two timetables.
