This is a scheme of work to be used to get pupils engaged in PE in KS4 and involves circuit training and Zumba - so mainly aimed towards girls

This planning was created for a small school, therefore hall space was limited, but planning can be modified for larger hall space and class sizes

These 2 documents are useful to use to help children of higher or lower ability to create sequences. They give children ideas of moves they can use, they is also space for them to write their own movements and also boxes for them to write their sequences in.

This document can be used to assess year 1 children at the end of a gym scheme of work or through out the scheme to assess where chn are at and what level they are working at
