This is a blank template Connect 4 (four in a row) game template on a PowerPoint slide which can be used for whole-class teaching for any topic. Simply type in words or add images. It is designed for two teams to play against each other. The game should be played in ‘slideshow’ mode. Students/teams give co-ordinates to choose where to play. Clicking in the circle will change its colour according to the team. Click ONCE for orange and twice for YELLOW. A third click will take the circle back to blank/white. To make the game more challenging, the words or images placed in each circle in the grid can be covered by dragging across a blue disc from the side. Once in place, when clicked upon, this blue disc will disappear to reveal the word or image underneath.
