On the first left column, all fractions are tens and hundredths, and students are
Students start by converting easier fractions- showing 1/10 converted to 10/100 = 0.1 and 10%.
Then the students will be given a percentage (or decimal) ie 5%- and must convert it to tenths, hundredths and decimal numbers.
On the right column, students work with HALFS, QUARTERS, FIFTHS and TWENTY FIFTHS. The students must convert to fractions with a denominator of 100- and then use this to find the decimal and percentage.
The second sheet can be used as an assessment to see if students have absorbed an understanding working through the different examples

This is an exam preparation worksheet I made for Grade 5/6 (English Curriculum). It includes questions on a range of topics including: Changing Mixed numbers to improper fractions and vica versa, adding and subtracting integers, multiplying and dividing integers and using order of operations. It ALSO includes a table for converting decimal / fraction / percentages and simplifying fractions.
