This study guide is aimed at GCSE students in Drama who are studying The Crucible as their set text. Designed initially for Pearson, but would be useful for those studying AQA too. This guide contains paralells between The Crucible and McCarthyism, key themes, and the quotes that support them, in depth character analyses of the key characters in the play and their relationships to each other. It also features some elements of design - including costume, set and lighting.
