This is taken and adapted from a resource on the internet. It can be used for any ages really. Included is a range of feelings that can help all young people to describe emotions that they felt at a certain time and to expand their vocabulary. May be useful in citizenship or PSHE lessons. This powerpoint explains a number of current diets people use in order to to lose weight or maintain their weight. It includes pros and cons as well as views from the British Dietetic Association. Most of the information was taken from them and trimmed to suit KS4 and KS3 students. Let me know if there are any errors or changes you would like me to make. Thanks!

This powerpoint and resources were created by myself for an NOCN qualification aid. It outlines what 'personal awareness&' is. Can be used in a variety of different scenarios but would probably be helpful for more challenging students to gauge themselves and their behaviour. Enjoy!

This is a very comprehensive version of Bloom's taxonomy. It has a huge bank of synonyms in a colourful single sheet. Its easy to use, especially if you have a magnifying glass or put it onto A3 but it can be used on normal A4. This resource may already be available so if it is please let me know. Good resource for GTPs or NQTs or PGCE students. Enjoy and plan outstanding lessons with the help of this resource, if you&'re not already.

This powerpoint can be used as a basis for a lesson on Politics and Britain. It delves into the definitions and explanations of left and right wing. Then discusses the main political parties in Britain as well as explaining the voting system. Couple these with some youtube clips and activities and you've got yourself a comprehensive lesson, or even 2. All comments are welcome and if I have missed anything out please let me know. This resource can aid students in deciding what film to review. It has a summary of some of the top films of all time, including Avatar, Avengers and Toy Story. I have converted and adapted knowledge from 'How to... write essays&' by Roger Lewis into Powerpoints to teach. However, the first one is in a worksheet.
