A fitness resource for muscular endurance, that could be used for multiple lessons at home and at school. Every letter of the alphabet has been given an exercise (eg A = Arabesque, B = Bear Crawls). The resource includes a detailed description and picture of how to perform each exercise and no equipment is needed. Students should be tasked with spelling a specific word(s) such as school name, sporting event etc. They then perform the exercise for each letter in the given word(s). It is suggested that each exercise is performed for 30 seconds with a 30 second rest between exercises/letters and a 2 minute rest between words. This could be altered depending on the ability of the students.
