This is a full KS3 lesson on extinction. The lesson is contains vocabulary needed for the lesson and a YouTube clip on the extinction of Dodo’s. The lesson is composed of I do, you, we do tasks. there are no worksheets although the active reading tasks can be made into worksheets for the class. Extension Tasks are embedded into the lesson to make differentiating easier. Hope your Classes enjoy the lesson as much mine have.

This is a lesson I put together for high ability year 8 group. It can be used a revision lesson at GCSE level.
