RSE: Safe Sex (contraception and STIs)

(0)
A resource for relationships and sex education which covers different methods of contraception, myths around safe sex and information about STIs. The resource is very interactive with lots of activities for your class to actively get involved. There is also a pros and cons table for the group task on slide 8 and an additional pyramid game. The information on available clincs etc that students can access on the last slide has been left blank for you to update for your local area.

Describing performance skills (vocal skills, facial expressions and gestures) Exam prep

I have created a resource, both as a notes type resource and as a presentation (same information but in different styles for teaching/learning preference) with specific detailed gestures, voice, movement and proxemics directions for students to learn and apply to the written exam in Drama. We do the Edexcel board which would be Component 3: Theatre Makers in Practice but I imagine it could apply to any board’s written exam. I personally couldn’t find anything like this that thoroughly explained specific gestures such as folded arms to show defensiveness and how to exactly create an angry facial expression for example, so I hope this helps a lot of you!

Fun game that can be modified to suit any subject and topic! for langauges use for a translation or grammar game and for other subjects hide questions on the grid! the students choose a square (can be numbered or used as a grid etc) and when you click on the square it will either reveal a question/translation etc which students solve for points or a bomb. Miss a go. 3 bombs and the team is out. just change the text behind the blue squares to suit your subject
