This resource is designed for year 6/7 students. There are 10 information sheets which each include a picture of the animal, an adaptation which is linked to it’s survival, habitat, diet and predators. Students complete the differentiated table provided. Everyone names 5 animals, their adaptations and the reason for them. Most will look at the pictures and suggest an additional adaptation and explanation for them. Some will suggest an adaptation which the animal doesn’t possess, but which it could benefit from.
