A comprehensive, Electrical Installation workbook, used to teach training electricians in an FE setting. Covers from the very beginning, setting out, clipping, fixing, stripping, building up to a basic 1 way light circuit and a radial power circuit. Also builds in materials/tools list as well as wiring diagrams. In addition, this workbook covers basic dead testing with a proforma for learners to complete (with video links provided to guide learners). **Makes use of peer and self assessmnet mechnaisms. ** Encourages students to take pictures of their work all the way through, forward planning in line with NVQ evidence collection. (We get students to upload these images of work as part of the final assessment to a MS forms.

This is a resource that I created for my KS3 classes to revise topics and lead fun quizzes. The quiz is easily changed to suit the requirement for the lesson and I find that the format works well. Student’s play ‘rounds’ and each question is automatically displayed for a set period of time before the next question, I have found this holds the pace of the quiz well and engages students. The timings for each question can be easily changed or removed in the ‘transitions tab’. This resource comes with a sample of questions set already and the accompanying ‘team worksheet’.
