This booklet helps pupils to understand and answer questions posed by local authorities in their EHCP review. Key questions such as What’s working well and My hopes and dreams for the future, have a choice of picture and written prompts for pupils to choose from or utilise as a discussion starting point. Possible choice have both positive and negative responses where appropriate so the pupil’s voice can accurately be reflected. The two choices of recording sheet can be used to evidence answers. I suggest enlarging to A3 before using to give space and clarity.
