End of Year Revision Lesson - Y8 Schule. Goes through word order - sentences with ‘weil’. Translation sentences and revision of time. Word document with translations on.

Full Lesson - PowerPoint + accompanying word documents. Intro to comparisons in German - comparatives and superlatives (regular + irregular). Activities for students to work on independently and as a class. Consolidations tasks included. The lesson then moves on to a reading comprehension about a school in Germany, which allows students to complete sentences using comparisons to compare the schools in England and Germany.

Full Lesson - Stundenplan - PowerPoint with HW worksheet. Recap of days of the week, and then video/song to help students with pronunciation. Explanation of verb 2nd rule e.g. Am Montag habe ich Mathe. Writing activity to get students to practice in context.
