Brain Breaks!

(1)
‘Brain Break’ cards, perfect for primary aged children. These activities give the children a chance to destress after a hard working morning, with a wide range for all the children to enjoy! Stick the activities to the plain ‘Brain Break’ cards, back to back and laminate, to produce a variety of cards for children to choose from! Great activities for the whole class to do, as well as being suitable for smaller groups, in order to refocus children on their learning. A powerpoint resource so it is able to be edited the way you would like! My own Brain Break ideas, as well as inspiration from Twinkl put into my own format!

Calm Me Cards

(1)
Cards that I have created with activities inspired by others as well as Twinkl. These cards are designed for when children need a quiet 5 minutes alone to calm down. They can be used for any age, with age appropriate instructions for how to use them. I have designed them so colours can go back to back when producing the cards. There is a cube net included designed to be like a die, so children can roll and choose a card of the colour it has landed on this. This means that they still have the choice of 2 activites, which is better than a choice of 12! The resource should be editable if you would like to change any activities to suit your class better! Please leave a review so I know where I could improve!

I'm Stuck! Display

(0)
Use this BRAIN, BOARD, BOOK, BUDDY, BOSS display to support children when they are stuck with the steps they need to take. This will lead to less children coming to the teacher as their first call, and following the previous steps first, encouraging them to be more independent. Inspiration taken from other resources but in my own layout!

Finished Work Checklist

(0)
Use these pencil shaped resources with questions for children to complete when they have finished work as a checklist! These will ensure children have neat and completed work without having to be reminded at each step by the teacher. Questions on the resource: -Underlined date and title? -Does it make sense? -CAPITAL LETTERS and full stops? -Are your spellings right? -Neat handwriting and clear finger spaces? -Can you add anything else?

End of Day Questions

(0)
Questions to ask your class when you have those 5 minutes to spare at the end of the day! These questions help you get to know what the children liked about their day, what they don’t like and what they want done differently, as well as having the opportunity to learn about the kind things they have done and what they are excited for! Some questions are taken from other resources but my own formatting with most of my own questions!
