Edexcel GCSE 1.15 Core - A complete lesson for - Investigate and analyse the work of professionals and companies to inform design. The resources include spot the odd one out and card sort activities for the plenary. I created this lesson and taught it to a Year 10 Design and Technology class. The response from the students was really positive. I laminated the A3 worksheets and the students use wipe board pens to identify the odd one out.

I designed and used this worksheet for a KS3 Packaging starter (Graphics/Design & Technology) but it could also be used for Mathematics. Ideal for Cross-curricular links. To challenge the students, there is a worksheet without the names of the shapes on. Answer sheet provided.
