Combined Task write up for NPQSL qualification. The project is based on Life After Levels in a secondary school and had excellent feedback. This project was chosen as the National Curriculum Levels are no longer being used in schools. Schools have been encouraged to create more rigorous assessment systems, in order for our students to achieve highly, as national expectations are also higher. GCSE assessments are also changing and students will soon be graded 1-9 instead of A-G; it seemed logical to develop a more cohesive system that incorporates both KS3 and KS4 skills, descriptors and criteria.
