Students will use this sheet to design and lead their own circuit training. They will pick 14 exercises, and write the coaching points on the back (one has been for them). From there, they can lead an effective circuit to their peers. If peers are finding their circuit easy or difficult they can differentiate their activity to suit the ability by changing the progressions.
