This is a short presentation on different leadership styles according to Kurt Lewin’s theory. This can be used to raise student awareness of different ways of managing people in different work environments or situations. There is a short quiz at the end, but also additional activities that can be used.

This session outlines why the hospitality industry (including hotels, tourism, events, restaurants etc) use zero-hour contracts, why staff may want to be employed under these contracts and also the issues they present.
