Phonics worksheets with matching ppt for £2. Used for catch up interventions focusing on one sound. Effective in Y1/2 classroom to aid children with their phonics check and plugging gaps.

Used in Y1 with low ability children, each lesson focuses on a sound, harder to read and spell words and reading. e.g. ‘ure’ children start by guessing the sounds from pictures. (Each day has a mystery sound) Then, writing words with the sound in, decoding alien words and finally reading a text to spot the sounds.
