Form Time Three Things Task

(0)
This download contains a Word document and a PowerPoint presentation which would be an ideal form time task for younger secondary school students (KS3) as a self-affirmation activity. Students are asked to give three things that they like about themselves, three things that they are good at, and then three things that they would like to tell their older selves. These sheets could then be given back to them later in the school (e.g. Year 11) and they will be able to compare their answers in the future, as well as receive a short message from their younger selves. The accompanying PowerPoint slides gives the definition of affirmation and some examples of statements for each section, but the task should be as independent as possible, with students coming up with their own ideas.
