A short scheme for a love poetry unit taught to a y8 group. My class are a high ability group and coped well with this - adaptable for other abilities. Gives a good understanding of poetic annotation and key themes.

Focuses on context and all 3 AOs. There are differentiated worksheets depending on target grade. Gives learners a chance to practice writing an answer to the 15 mark question. Aimed at students with a target of 5+.
