The following is a scheme of work designed for Y9/Y10. It introduces students to the Victorian context whilst teaching them the skills of Language paper 1 (q1-4) through the use of Victorian extracts such as Oliver Twist, Nicholas Nickelby, Articles by Charles Dickens and Jane Eyre, All extracts and worksheets are provided. Each lesson contains lesson objectives and key words.
