There are questions along the way and an Outdoor Activity for the children to complete “Hibernating Haven”. This will encourage children to think about hibernation, the living animals and what they need to hibernate safely.

This resource is great for children to complete each morning when coming to school. This allows them to practise spelling their name, recognising the date and doing a self check in of their emotions. This will also allow the children to engage in emotions discussion with the teacher.

You can document the running of the day, special considerations that were made, any students that you recognised through the day for helping etc, notes that need to be passed on and your contact details for when they may need future supply.
