AQA Chemistry C10 The Earth's resources and Using Our Resources (flipped learning support/revision)

This resource is suitable for AQA Chemistry topic C10 Using resources. I can be used as a revision resource, or to support flipped learning (where the student has incomplete notes). I used it for my students to use to answer exam style questions. This allowed me to support my students where they found the question confusing and allowed them to access the questions prior to revising the topic. Some of the resource comes from other resources and some is my own. C14 is for science foundation and higher. C15, fertilisers and Haber process files are for Chemistry only foundation and higher.

Carbon cycle game

This may suit KS3 or KS4. I have seen and used (although a while ago) a similar nitrogen cycle game with KS3 and KS4. For higher ability KS4 I have added a file for constructing a carbon cycle of their own. You will need dice and each student will need a passport. They have a starting destination and write it on their passport. When they get to the desk with that destination, they roll a dice and it gives them the name of the next destination. When they get there, they write it in their passport. At the end, they use their passports and a copy of the carbon cycle to tell the story of their journey.

I have used this as a revision resource. I have only included the bones of the lesson, so feel free to add to it. The examples have come from a variety of places over the years.
