Introducing Like Terms Powerpoint Year 7

(0)
A simple nine slides for an introduction to like terms and collecting like terms aimed at a year 7 class. The starter activity aims to establish whether students have prerequisite vocabulary to tackle the lesson and if not is a perfect opportunity to fill gaps. The lesson also has simple notes in the notes section as to what the teacher envisioned should take place. For example, “this is a whiteboard activity”, this “should be explained further”. There is a blank side aimed at quiet class work for students to work solo for 15 minutes. Worksheet can be found separately as part of my resources.
