This powerpoint is to introduce the topic of Ramadan as part of the unit on Celebrations and Eid-ul-Fitr. It explains how Ramadan is linked to the phases of the moon and what happens during Ramadan. It also includes a link to the song 'Ramadan Moon&' which is really lovely and my class really enjoyed it!

children use the picture sheet to predict what they think happened to start the fire, when, who did it etc. Then give the children the sentences to match to the pictures and sequence in the correct order.
