This is my complete submission for my NPQSL, aside from raw data analysis, including the business case, communications plan, action plan and risk management plan. All documents have been anonymised. The project was carried out in a primary school setting with a focus on attainment and progress in reading. ‘Well done, an excellent submission, professionally compiled, which not only shows your leadership skills but also demonstrates your passion for the children you teach.’ The submission only dropped two marks and these are detailed below: 2.2.2: ‘Further in-depth analysis would be useful to enable you to further develop your own leadership styles and understand how using a range of different styles can impact on the success of leading your project.’ 5.2.1: ‘Your business case is indeed thorough and comprehensive in weighing up the resources chosen for the project; realistically evaluating value for money, efficiency and effectiveness of each. However, for 2 marks, options are required to be presented and then after consideration those recommended put forward and justified.’
