Fine Motor discs which include key vocabulary of fine motor movements to support writing and hand strength. To be used in both playdough and fine motor provision areas in EYFS and KS1.

This resource includes a commentary card for each area of Continuous Provision in Year 1 (reading, writing, maths, fine motor, creative, small world and investigation), to support meaningful interactions between adults and pupils. It includes ShREC interaction principles, key skills children will know from Reception and their expected progression in Year 1 taken from the National Curriculum (to support educators in discussing how continuous provision is supporting progression), and extra space for targeted topic questions which practitioners can add based off of current topic learning.
