Year 7 - Introduction to the S&C Principles
• Introduce students to the basic principles of Strength & Conditioning, focusing on bodyweight exercises, functional movements, and basic conditioning.
Year 8 - 8 (Building on Basics)
• Build on foundational Strength movements and start integrating light weights and resistance training.
Year 9 - Intermediate S&C Movements
• Introduce more complex movements, increase intensity, and integrate Olympic lifting fundamentals.
Year 10 - Advanced Movements and Complex WODs
• Master advanced S&C techniques, improve performance, and work on more complex WODs and Olympic lifts.
Year 11- Advanced and Personal Program Design
• Refine technique, improve strength, and conditioning, and design personal training programs for long-term fitness.
