A form that can be used as a piece of evidence to moderate writing in KS1 and KS2. With a work colleague, you are able to agree judgements and share what aspects of the writing supported this decision. You can also jot down what you believe the child’s next steps should be. Can be used for internal and external moderations. Once completed, make a photocopy so both colleagues have a copy of the form, and photocopy and attach the child’s work to it as reference.
