It is a collection of mostly lyrical poems for the enlightenment of upper primary school pupils and junior secondary school students about Covid-19 and other environmental diseases. It is aimed at making its readers conscious of keeping their homes, classes and school environments clean as much as possible. Each poem is acccompanied by colourful illustrations and objective / essay questions at the end, to ascertain the reader’s understanding of the contents.

Literary appreciation cuts across all levels of literary studies. There is no part of the subject that can be understood without the knowledge of literary appreciation. To be able to assimilate and interpret any novel, drama or poem, one must have a good grasp of figures of speech and a lot of terminologies used to classify and analyze such works.
