Geared towards Year 8 (ages 12-13) beginners but has opportunities to challenge students with experience. This SOL is mapped out over 6 weeks (6 hours). It aims to build a strong foundation for students wishing to take GCSE PE by focusing on: Developing their body landings Developing basic rotation and twisting skills And scaffolds them to be able to complete a full 10 bounce routine by the end of the unit.
