I am working for chart. Includes: Chart to aim towards a reward each day. Chart to be used for instant feedback following the completion of a task. Children attach a star to show their achievements on the chart. Publisher documents that can be altered to change the reward. PDF files can be uploaded if required.

Pack includes: EHCP display visual cue cards to show how EHCP preparing for adulthood statements are supported in class: eg. listen, look, read, play, share, love etc. These have been used to document photos of children in class working towards these 4 areas. Blank meltdown support to be used in collaboration with staff that know a pupil well to devise a support plan which can be used by all. This has been used successfully across primary school for children with challenging behaviour.
