This is a reading comprehension resource linked to (and including) the first chapter of The Halloween Parade. There are 37 question in total, covering all of the VIPERS skills.

This is a creative writing unit based on the whole book of The Halloween Parade. Each lesson links to one or more chapters in the book, and each session has a PHSE focus to discuss, as well. There are suggested extra activities that can take the children’s learning even further.
