The first work sheet is for carrying out simple division by repeatedly fitting a number of cubes into the larger number. The second, is of further divisions without the visual aids, which can be used in conjunction with counters or an abacus. This is revision at a very basic stage, designed to teach the idea of “fitting in” or “taking out” a quantity from a larger quantity.
