This is an example essay question/answer from ‘The American Dream: reality and illusion, 1945–1980’ paper 2 for AQA History A level. The question states: ‘Kennedy’s achievements were outweighed by his mistakes.’ Assess the validity of this view (25 marks) During my revision for my mocks and final exams, I wrote several essays in order to familiarise myself with the structure and content. In this essay I received 20/25 marks.
