This resource offers pre-made 5 minute maths sheets aimed at children who are in year 2 or low attaining in KS2. These sheets are made up of 5 short questions. 5 minute maths can be used daily as a morning task or even be taken home to allow the child to carry out extra learning towards their goals. To begin, the sheets have visual aids by way of dienes and then progress to not having visual aids, therefore allowing the children to demonstrate their learning by drawing their own workings out. This resource has worked brilliantly with my 1:1 child to aid him in short bursts of maths work.
