A set of resources which guide students how to approach questions two to four in AQA English Language Paper One. A clear and memorable approach to each question with examples and guidance throughout. The resources are aesthetically attractive and have successfully engaged students at our school. They are designed to be used with the June 2020 past paper which is based around the extract from The Silk Factory by Judith Allnatt. Also includes engaging resources to get students writing lively responses to Language Paper 1, Question 5.

A set of resources to guide students through an approach to responding to questions two to five of AQA GCSE Language Paper 2. The approach is straightforward, memorable and has allowed students at our school to create precise and careful responses. The resources are aesthetically attractive and are designed to be used with the November 2017 past paper (based around two texts about very different schools). Also contains a short unit explicitly teaching students some of the more difficult vocabulary in the 19th Century text.
