What Does Each Plan Include?
Our planning pack covers twenty key sounds from Phase 2. This is the first formal stage of Phonics where children begin to connect written letters with spoken sounds. Designed to introduce one sound per week, the structure promotes repetition, routine, and skill-building in a fun, engaging way.
Each sound includes:
A supporting story
A creative craft activity
A sensory exploration
A fine motor skill development task
Through a familiar format, children build confidence and Phonics skills in a way that is playful and developmentally appropriate.
Whether you’re an experienced practitioner/teacher or just getting started, everything is designed to be flexible and adaptable to your setting or classroom.
Why It Works
We believe children thrive through playful learning. This pack empowers practitioners with:
Clear, structured guidance
Engaging, hands-on activities
Professional insight and teaching strategies
A ready-to-go format that saves you valuable planning time
With everything you need in one place, you can spend less time preparing and more time engaging with the children. You’ll help children start their school journey and beyond with confidence, building a solid foundation in Phonics through joyful, meaningful experiences.
