A homework or independent study project for vocational music students. The aim of the project is for students to broaden their listening within contemporary styles. The task encourages students to focus their listening on their main instrument and exposes them to technical playing. Every day for 30 days students will choose one song from the list to listen to. They should write a brief review of each song and at the end of the project select and justify their favourite tracks. Can be set as a homework or independent study task.
