Bush tucker trial fitness bingo combining movement with literacy and numeracy by counting letters to set reps. Fun, active and engaging.
Pupils work in pairs to complete animal-inspired exercises such as Wombat Walks, Dingo Dash and Snake Slither.
Each activity integrates numeracy and literacy by requiring pupils to count the number of letters in the exercise name to determine repetitions, times, or lengths. This encourages spelling awareness, counting, and application of numbers in a meaningful, active context.
Learners cross off completed challenges and aim to complete a full line horizontally, vertically, or diagonally, promoting teamwork, motivation, and sustained participation.
