A complete, ready-to-teach unit based on the powerful novel Iqbal by Francesco D’Adamo. This 20-hour scheme of work (approximate, depending on in-class reading) guides students through the novel while building towards a final assessment: writing a persuasive speech as a member of the Bonded Labour Liberation Front.
