Editing stations which can be used as prompt sheets during independent, peer or group editing sessions. Children spend 5 minutes at each station editing specifically with the guidance on each sheet. This ensures that children have a clear focus when editing their own or others writing.

To encourage children to read a variety of text types, I created a Book Bingo sheet. The children need to select a category/text type that they will choose to read. This helps to encourage children to read different texts rather than the same ones over and over again. The Challenge sheet provides tasks that must be completed to show they have read and understood their latest book read in class or at home.
