This is my project write up for my NPQML. It is based on the 2018/2019 assessment framework for NPQ qualifications and scored 28/32, the pass mark is 22 out of 32. I have included the Final Assessment and Appendices which include all essential documents: Data Analysis, Pupil Performance, Action Plan, Budget and Risk Assessment. My project was in a Primary School and focused on improving teaching and assessment of Science to improve progress for pupils, by streamlining assessment and implementing teaching CPD to ensure consistency in planning and teaching science. It also focussed on cross curricular links between science, English and Maths as well as the wider curriculum. I’m sure it will be very helpful if you’re writing your own!
