A PPT of 21 lessons designed for a middle ability year 9 class centred around the environment and conservation. An additional PPT to be used as a starter for one of the lessons in the SOW. 2 further PPts of resources to accompany the SOW and there is a SOW outline. This has been designed for pupils to complete two assessments within the unit; a group discussion speaking and listening and a written speech. Lessons and activities have been designed with the new GCSE spec in mind so it contains key skills for the language GSCE. All lessons contain level descriptors and learning objectives linked to the literacy and numeracy framework. This could easily be adapted for differing abilities/year groups.
