Food Truck Project/ Design, graphic

(0)
The food Truck Project allows students to design and create their own food truck. They will work in groups to come up with a logo, theme and design for the truck. I ran this project with BTEC Creative Media Level 1 students as an enrichment project. The project suggests that THE SCHOOL is looking at introducing a FOOD TRUCK to provide good quality, healthy food. The Creative Media trainees are asked to come up with a name, logo, truck design and a menu design for the food truck. In a group, learners need to come up with a name for the food truck. They then need to design a logo for the truck individually. Once they have finalised the name, and designed the logo, they need to think of a slogan for the food truck. Learners then need to design inside and outside the truck, It is important to be creative and make the truck to stand out. They finally need to design and create a menu, which is diverse and exciting . Learners need to work out the price of the food in their menu, and think about introducing offers in their menu. Learners also will provide feedback for each other and evaluate their own design. This works for graphic design students too.
