The children will look at the main character from the book ‘Stick Man’ where they will draw and write about his feelings. HA will also make predictions as to what may happen next.

Children into 2 teams and each team to pick a horse. Choose team who are listening/sitting the best to go first. Show them a phoneme. Select a child to tell you what it is. If they get in right, they jump 1 step forward. If they get it wrong it gets offered to the other team. Winner is the team to get to the finish line first.
