Bookopoly reading display

(1)
This is a reading display poster. It is aimed at creating a fun and motivating way to encourage the children to read more with rewards around the board through completing chance cards and passing go. Bookopoly is based on the popular game Monopoly. Children move their counter along every time they finish a book (if using for older children could move along after reading 100 pages to keep motivation). The children also complete chance cards which earn them a dojo point - can be adapted to each schools reward system. 3 dojo points for passing go. The template for the game has been made on A4 however you can print it across multiple A4 pages by following these instructions when printing: click print - click printer properties - page layout - multi-page - poster printing (then select size)

English writing target cards

(1)
These are target cards for the children to use within writing lessons to try and improve their writing by giving them something to work on. I stamp on the card when the children have met their target and date it. Once the children have met their target 3 times i give them something new to work on. The then have to try and include both targets in their writing.
