Here is my complete set of A level notes suitable for the new OCR specification (H046, H446) for computer science. These notes build upon my old-spec OCR GCSE notes, but as the GCSE is not offered everywhere I have included these notes for extra reference in case a topic is not explained as clearly as you need. These are my personal notes from the old GCSE spec which helped me get full UMS- still relevant and useful for the new spec and as a basic introduction to the A level. Covers all topics- Fundamentals of computer systems, standards, ethical issues, the CPU and FDE cycle, binary and logic, memory, storage technologies, operating systems, software procurement, representation of data, data validation, networks and their topologies, the Internet, programming languages, control flow.
